List of responsibilities: Establishes marketing objectives and strategies Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products and product enhancements Analyzing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. Designing and conducting different type of market research Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all products and regions Developing sales promotions that result in maximum effectiveness Developing marketing and sales KPIs and identifying sales goals Coordinating marketing side of NPD. Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs. Reporting to: Business Manager. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8am- 4:30pm. Travel requirements: limited. Requirements

University Qualifications: Master of Industrial Engineering Other certifications obtained: Analytical skills and Excellent skills in Excel/ MBA background is a plus/ strong knowledge in branding and IMC . Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing. Specialist knowledge: Strong knowledge in branding and IMC/ Strong understanding about qualitative and quantitative marketing research/ Strong sense of channel management and go to market strategies. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork skills, Interpersonal & communication skills/ Flexibility and openness.
