• Determine subscribers’ needs and desires by specifying the market research needed to obtain market information • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product/service lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product/service ideas and/or product/service changes • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products • Provide source data for product/service line communications by defining product/service marketing communication objectives • collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to set Objectives and Key Results and build efficiencies into the system. • Make trade off decisions based on technical and business insights and experimentation. • Manage timely, high quality and within budget execution of sales strategies, plans and tactics. • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.
- At least Master Degree in industrial Engineering or management required (MBA preferred). - At least 5 year experience in the same position and 3 years’ product development experience in ICT Industry - Product Development, Business plan, Pricing & marketing knowledge - Advanced in English Language - High degree of multi-tasking - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent networking & team-working skills
