We at Bama are striving to transform the market through the use of innovative and cutting-edge methodologies. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a product manager to join our product team to work on Bama products which have around 5 million monthly users. We expect the product manager to take ownership of the product discovery and development process and deliver high-quality products that align with the company’s vision.
Roles:
- Conducting product-related research and constantly monitoring competitors and industry benchmarks.
- Improving product-related methodologies an implementing best practices, and enhancing the workflow process.
- Taking ownership of conducting business tests to improve the product and business metrics.
- Regularly identifying and discovering new product needs.
- Promoting and reflecting lean and agile thinking in the organization.
- Obtaining delivery and discovery ownership to carry out tasks in the direction of the roadmap.
- Monitoring the product roadmap, considering trade-offs, and increasing understanding and knowledge of the market and business.
- Defining success at the feature level.
- Proposing various methods to improve team performance.
- Protecting the product team's culture and mindset within the organization.
