Job Description

Product Designer
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Product Designer who can lead the user experience of our products from research to final design. Someone who can collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to turn complex problems into simple, functional, and delightful solutions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and extract insights
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
Define, build, and maintain the Design System
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Data teams to deliver a seamless experience
Validate ideas through A/B testing, usability testing, and data analysis
Present designs to stakeholders and justify design decisions using data and UX principles
Contribute to shaping the product’s overall user experience strategy

Requirements
Minimum 4+ of professional experience in digital product design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Experience in user research and ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
Strong understanding of UX, UI, typography, color theory, and information architecture
Experience working on high-traffic applications or services is a plus
Excellent presentation and communication skills with cross-functional teams
