Job Description

  • Develop design concepts for new products, considering functionality, aesthetics, and market trends.
  • Create detailed design specifications and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that product designs align with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible for production.
  • Conduct user and market research to guide design decisions.
  • Present product design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the stationery industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a product designer or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, and SOLIDWORKS).
  • Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
  • Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
