We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our client, a fast-growing FinTech company, and play a key role in shaping simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
This role is ideal for a senior product designer with strong expertise in user research, interaction design, design systems, and product thinking, who is passionate about turning complex product challenges into clear, effective, and user-centered experiences while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Design & User Experience
• Own the product design process from problem discovery and research through design, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product experiences and practical design solutions.
• Design User Flows, Information Architecture, Wireframes, and interfaces across web and mobile products.
• Incorporate usability, accessibility, consistency, and performance into product design decisions.
• Contribute to product decisions by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

User Research & Validation
• Lead User Research to uncover user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
• Use prototypes and usability testing to validate design decisions before development.
• Analyze product data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.

Design Systems & Product Scalability
• Build and evolve Design Systems and scalable design patterns across the product.
• Contribute to design standards, processes, and best practices across the Product Design team.
• Review design work and provide structured feedback to other designers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with product goals and technical constraints.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Proven skills in designing complex, user-centered digital products, preferably in FinTech or financial products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong skills in User Research, User Flows, Information Architecture, Wireframing, and Interaction Design.
• Strong knowledge of UX, usability, and UI design principles.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Design Systems and component libraries.
• Strong product analytics and user feedback analysis skills.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on simplifying complex product challenges.
• Strong presentation and design rationale skills grounded in research, data, and design principles.
• Strong Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Nice To Have
• Experience designing FinTech, Banking, Payments, Trading, or other financial products.
• Experience working on products involving complex workflows, financial transactions, or sensitive information.
