Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with L&R and the procurement planning and performance department to track procurement department-related contracts and ensure improvement areas in processes/procedures have been addressed.
- To ensure that requests from divisions are met concerning product/service quality, quantity, price, and time.
- To comply with all relevant PPPs (including but not limited to the procurement policy, tender policy, and procurement code of conduct) during procurement requests.
- To search for possible suppliers of MTNIrancell requirements and evaluate them based on MTNIrancell PPPs.
- To engage with MTNIrancell suppliers and negotiate various items with suppliers such as price, quality of goods and services, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- To coordinate the life cycle of purchases and contracts, including:
- Handling RFx processes;
- Evaluating commercial proposals;
- Preparing RFx evaluation and recommendations report;
- Pre-approving PRs and ensuring the timely issuance of POs;
- Ensuring the timely execution of contracts;
- Administration of contracts, obtaining signatures, updating contracts registered, etc.
- To act as an interface with user divisions and other stakeholders to understand their requirements/demands.
- To prepare periodic or ad hoc reports, status reports on tenders, PR/PO reports, etc.
- To act as a team member to support the cost savings and cost-avoidance assigned targets.
- To follow up on the penalty application in compliance with the contract.
- To establish beneficial commercial terms and conditions at the best value and total cost of ownership, with consultation of the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Industrial Management (Marketing Orientation), Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; experience working in a medium-sized organization.
- Experience in advertising and marketing agencies is highly preferred.
