POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is the missing link for the full S2P chain, by converting issued PRs to PO. This position would be responsible for liaising with requestors to ensure the compliance requirements for this process is being respected, and at the same time generate purchase orders on an acceptable timeline (one of the main KPIs for this job) and also support requestors for receiving necessary approvals on PR and PO.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Assess issued purchase requests according to the procurement SOP and compliance guidelines available.
• Review and check the authenticity of Competitive Biddings, quotations received, and other relevant documents.
• Convert PRs to POs and assign to the right approver according to SOP.
• Monitor end-to-end process to ensure correct approval has been obtained on PR, PO, as well as GR and IR.
• Fulfill operational KPIs of NIR S2P, not limited to PO creation and lead time.
• Analyze, report, and take relevant actions to improve full S2P from an operational and compliance point of view.

• Demonstrated success working in operational procurement of FMCG companies or retail is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects.
• Demonstrated successful use of risk management, analysis, responsible sourcing, and stakeholder management.
• Negotiated successfully in cross-functional and cross-market teams.
