Job Description
- Responsible for commercial affairs, executing logistics, warehousing and customer service activities.
• Main Responsibilities: Domestic and/or Foreign Procurement of IT hardware and softwares and Equipment for ICT Projects
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Review Requisitions for Goods
• Price Negotiations and Order Registration
• Research and Evaluate Suppliers and Manufacturers Based on Price, Quality, Service, Support, Availability, Reliability, Distribution Capabilities and Other Supplier's Qualifications and History.
• Analyze Price Proposals, Financial Reports, and Other Related Data.
• Create, Update and Execute Procurement Time Schedules for Projects.
• Co-ordinate with Logistic Department to Ensure Proper Shipment and Delivery.
