Job Description

Procurement operations setup and management.
Forecast needs and supplies.
Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Delegate tasks to the procurement team.
Train new employees and support team members as necessary.
Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain; at least 5 years of managerial experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Excellent understanding of the procurement cycle.
Efficient communication skills.
Solid negotiation skills.
