Job Description
- The procurement Supervisor is expected to handle all the purchase requests for direct materials, indirect goods and services through the company policy.
- He is supposed to prepare bids, organize tender, participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers and make contracts and agreements.
- Furthermore, he should contribute in evaluating contractors and suppliers along with other teams.
- Also, he is supposed to have the ability for recording purchasing data, analyzing them and prepare regular reports on the purchasing process and defined KPIs.
- The procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing delivery claims and quality nonconformities.
- He should follow up to receive invoices and match them with GRNs and prepare payment request for Finance department and ensure the payment is done based on agreement.
- Also, he may accompany in New Product Development Projects or construction projects.
