Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Supplier selection to participate in RFQ/ITT - Issue ITT/RFQ
Purchasing goods and services.
• Bid/Tender/Quotation evaluation & cost control - Benchmark price analysis.
• Financial settlement with the finance department & suppliers – Cash flow and working capital support.
• Flexibility and agility, Time management and prioritization, Cross-functional communication.
• Supplier development & Supplier relationship management and evaluation.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Discounting cost by initiate competition & Negotiations understanding.
• Ownership mindset, Self-leadership & ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Education:
• Industrial engineering, MBA, Purchasing.
Experience:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement
department is required.

Research and data analysis skills
Vendor sourcing and evaluation
Cost analysis and cost control
Negotiation and contract understanding.
Supply chain and packaging materials knowledge
