
Job Description
General Description: Identify, document, and draw inferences, current states of process details, and link these inferences to the big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvements. Candidate typically should have the ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework. Main Responsibilities: - Identifying and Documenting processes within the organization - Leading process redesign workshops - Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process performance - Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements, initial process specifications, and liaising with users. Facilitation of pre-workshop meetings and finalizing business process improvements through post-workshop follow-up. - Using business process modeling notations (BPMN) to document and model processes. - Performing design or redesign of business processes to improve operational efficiency. - Analyze, implement, and update processes so as to ensure company goals are met. - Analyze the effectiveness of the current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness.
Requirements
Specialized Qualifications and Requirements: - Excellent knowledge in BPM - Practical experience in documentation, modeling, and diagnosing Processes. - Minimum of 3 years direct experience in the identification, documentation, and modeling process (preferably in the service-based organization) - Professional in working with Process Modeling Tools such as Visio, Visual Paradigm and Bizagi - Computer literacy is a must including Microsoft Office - Familiar with Project Management concepts. General Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Information Technology or computer science. - Full-time job, Saturday to Thursday (It is not possible to study simultaneously) - Resident of Tehran - Military service cardholder (For male applicants) - Willing to collaborate with other team members and possess good interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing work. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Focused, with great attention to detail - Willing to grow in a continuous teaching and learning environment - Must be quality minded and self-motivated - Effectively handle multiple projects and multiple deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with banking concepts, regulations, products, and processes. - Familiarity with RUP / UML - Master degree in one of the majors such as management, banking, software engineering, IT, or industrial engineering.
