Job Description

Responsibilities: - Identify, collect and analyze technical requirement needs for energy metering products and system from different utilities, partners, customers and/or competitors, and convert these needs to R&D specification for product development and/or evolution. - Act as a local window for technical support/maintenance for customers as well as our local partners including from pre-sales to after sales. - Manage and report the status/progress/actions corresponded for the pilot projects together with our partners. - Follow up the quality and operating conditions of those products installed on the field and submit the report periodically. - Develop and maintain good customer relationship with utilities, customers and local partners. - Collect marketing information through competitive analysis, tendering, exhibitions and direct talk with utilities or customers, etc. focused on energy metering and system industries. - Identify and perform product/system introduction and/or training etc. mainly aiming at utilities, customers etc. - Provide support including Tendering, SOC reply, RFP proposal, exhibition etc. - Maintain close collaboration with Sales and R&D Depts. Desired on board date: negotiable Probation: 3 months training and 3 months’ probation. Location: Mashhad Travel requirement: necessary.
