
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor project management methodologies, processes, and standards at the organizational level to enhance integration and strengthen a project-oriented culture.
Make strategic decisions regarding project prioritization, selection, approval, and the optimal allocation of financial and human resources to maximize business value and maintain a balanced project portfolio.
Monitor and review periodic reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with project management principles and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
Identify and assess major project risks and ensure the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation plans to prevent strategic and financial deviations.
Lead, direct, and empower the team while planning and implementing initiatives to enhance employees’ technical and managerial capabilities and achieve departmental objectives.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize operational and distribution processes through a project-oriented approach, while identifying opportunities to improve productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A postgraduate degree with a focus on Project Management or an MBA is considered an advantage.
7–10 years of experience in project management.
3–5 years of managerial and team leadership experience.
