• Initiation: Charter Creation and project definition approval process
• Planning: Project Team formation and setup project ground rules
• Planning: WBS preparation with project manager
• Planning: Stakeholder requirements review and update deliverable if it is needed
• Planning: Prepare Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Resource, Stakeholder management plan
• Execution: Facilitate project communication
• Execution: Handle meetings and reporting to projects stakeholders
• Monitoring: Reporting to Project Stakeholder
• Monitoring: Implement project controls, collect project data and monitor progress of work
• Monitoring: Status report and progressive report per project (Agile/ Waterfall)
• Monitoring: Provide Highs/ Lows report per project on weekly bases
• Closure: Update Portfolio report about project status and deliverable
• Closure: Creating, controlling and maintaining project documents and lesson learned
• Agile Project: Backlog grooming and related change log updating
