Job Description

**Role Description**

The PMO Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of strategic and operational projects across all subsidiary companies. This role serves as a central coordination point for project reporting, ensuring timely collection, consolidation, and analysis of project information and providing accurate progress reports to the Chairman and executive management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Monitor and track the progress of projects across all subsidiary companies.
* Collect, consolidate, and analyze project status reports from project managers and business units.
* Prepare periodic executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for the Chairman and senior management.
* Identify project delays, risks, issues, and deviations from approved plans and escalate them appropriately.
* Follow up on project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate meetings related to project review and performance monitoring.
* Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
* Ensure compliance with PMO standards, reporting procedures, and governance requirements.
* Support management decision-making by providing accurate and up-to-date project performance information.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project control, or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of project management principles and reporting practices.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project and project management software is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience in preparing executive-level reports and management dashboards.
* High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
