Job Description
- Piping expert supervises the piping design performed by Engineering Subcontractor;
- Facilitates the definition of Piping scope, goals and deliverable;
- Checks Issuance of Piping Material Requisition for inquiry and for order;
- Preparing RFQ documents;
- Verifies Vendor Piping documentation & reviews
- Supervising P&IDs for Accuracy,
- Quality& Reliability aspects;
- Runs 3D review tool at design review
- Checking Piping materials selection philosophies
- Checking preliminary Piping material take-offs
- Monitors and controls the Piping materials selection philosophies, Piping line classes, Valve lists, tie-in lists, Wall thickness calculations, material take-offs, P&IDs, Stress Engineering, PDMS, Isometrics, Welding& Coating specifications, line class specifications, Material Take Off ,and Corrosion monitoring philosophies.
