Requirements
Developer:
- PHP / MySQL
- PHP MVC Frameworks such as Laravel or Yii or CakePHP or etc
Designer:
- HTML5, CSS3
- Bootstrap
- Javascript / JQuery
- AngularJS
Bonus Skills:
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with Node.JS.
- Experience building high performance responsive websites and designing elegant solutions and development plans
- Understanding of SEO and accessibility issues and how they relate to development
