We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Assistant to support our drug safety team with scientific research, safety documentation, data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the collection, documentation, and follow-up of adverse event reports.
• Conduct literature searches and review relevant medical and pharmaceutical publications.
• Support the preparation of safety reports, scientific summaries, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and organized pharmacovigilance records and documentation.
• Assist with basic analysis of medical and safety data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support pharmacovigilance activities.
Requirements
• A university degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related health or life sciences discipline.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong scientific research and literature review skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing medical and pharmaceutical texts in English.
• Familiarity with statistics, biostatistics, and medical data analysis.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills, with close attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating scientific information.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their applications in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
