Job Description

- As a Sales and marketing expert, you will be responsible in achieving all company set objectives, maximizing profitability through exploiting sales and maintaining cost controls. - Assists in delivering the highest level of motivation and development of the team, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Ensure the achievement of the maximum quality of services and exceeding Customer expectations. - Overseeing the entire floor operations of the retail, your role as the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for all sales operations, in stores and exhibitions, to achieve maximum performance in accordance with the agreed targets - You will ensure the sales, turnover and cost targets in the short, medium and long term, and achieves agreed profit targets. - You will formulate the sales strategy and achieve targets, responsible for regular planning of turnovers and sales figures and ensures that the monthly target figures of the company are laid down in an annual business plan down to every sales man. - Overseeing all Direct Reports for periodic performance review and resolving any pending issue that requires the facilitation from top management

Requirements

- Minimum Experience of 2 years in sales and marketing of petrochemical products - Excellent command over written and spoken English - Outstanding communication skills. - Customer oriented. - Good knowledge of the Petrochemical`s market and products. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Outstanding leadership skills
