List of Responsibilities:
- Assist the managers with requests to ensure optimum use of their time on key business issues.
- Support the whole managers’ meeting and appointment schedules in the office and in holding to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- Organize the internal communication process.
- Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Source and provide office supplies.
- Support mission travels.
