List of Responsibilities:
Assist the managers with requests to ensure optimum use of their time on key business issues.
Support the whole managers’ meeting and appointment schedules in the office and in holding to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
Organize the internal communication process.
Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Source and provide office supplies.
Support mission travels.
Requirements
Three years of professional experience in office matters.
Fluent in MS Office and at least intermediate English proficiency.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to manage time and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
