Job Description
We are looking for a senior performance marketing specialist to join our marketing and communication team. In this role, you will implement and execute a strategy to create an optimal and efficient mix of online marketing revenue-driving campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing all online performance marketing activities around paid search, paid social, and paid media, and also managing ad networks for acquisition campaigns.
- Create, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Implement programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Explore other digital channels and new media.
- Collaborate with the content team and provide data insights.
- Ad copywriting, testing, and campaign optimization.
- A/B testing and iterating on copy, design, landing pages, channels, audiences, etc.
- Set up and optimize Google Analytics goals.
- Extensive reporting and data analysis based on metrics that matter.
- Collaborate with specialists in fields like advertisement, web, email, social media, events, PR, external content creators collaborations, copywriting, and making sure they're on the same page through the whole campaign process.
- Manage the connection and data transition between the company and ad agencies, next to overseeing their job.
- Achieve goals established at monthly and annual performance reviews.
- Follow and refine analytic procedures and reporting standards.
- Create and follow a campaign through its life cycle and complete audits as needed to maintain and report on campaign performance.
- Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across select digital marketing channels.
- Develop compelling content aligned with our segmented target audiences at each stage of the buying process.
