Job Description
As a senior performance marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels such as SEM, Display Ads, Email and SMS marketing, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages, email campaigns, and other assets to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including campaign ROI, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
