Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring all physics and chemistry/Instrumental Analysis/Microbiology laboratory activities.
Managing laboratory tests correctly and ensuring to obtain accurate and reliable information with acceptable repeatability. Also, ensure that all laboratory outputs and results are processed with accuracy.
Analyzing relevant laboratory data and creating periodic and case reports.
Managing and controlling relevant laboratory consumables at the required time and amount, monitoring material expiration dates, monitoring material supply costs, and reviewing alternative sources.
Supervising the preparation and up-to-datedness of MSDS consumables in the relevant laboratory.
Managing updates and executing test methods, preparing standard materials, calibrating standard equipment, and preparing items related to audits.
Ensuring relevant laboratory hygiene and preventing cross-contamination through the use of cleaning methods, disinfection, and work protocols.
Collaborating with the lab technical manager to establish and maintenance of ISO 17025 in the relevant laboratory.
Ensuring the results of tests performed in relevant laboratories through the process of verification, validation, required tests, quality assurance, and monitoring of the work of the expert/technician/laboratory operator.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Tech.
At least 5 years of experience in related items
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Change management, project management, food safety fundamentals, quality methods and tools, and food quality management standards skills (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO FSSC 22000, Halal Standard).
