Examining and calculating matters related to salaries and employee benefits, including the preparation of salary lists and mission rights, insurance, property, etc.
Ensuring the correctness and completeness of all salaries, deductions, and other salary elements.
Entering personnel information and monthly performance in the accounting system.
Collecting information on the monthly performance of personnel by subordinate units.
Updating software, and systems and identifying and recommending payroll accounting procedures.
Issuing personnel payslips and handing them over to receive salaries and benefits.
Coding cost documents, and performing calculations to prepare statistical and accounting reports.
Issuing relevant documents and preparing monthly legal reports to the bank's social security insurance, property, etc.
Calculating the difference in personnel salaries, saving years, and settling legal accounts.
Analyzing payroll performance for potential improvements.
Conducting payroll audits.
Sending lists of salaries, insurance, and taxes and timely payment of personnel salaries.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least 5 years of related experience.
Proficient in payroll accounting.
Familiarity with labor law and social security and salary tax.
Proficiency with attendance software.
Mastery of contracts.
Mastery of office and payroll software.
Ability to work with integrated financial and accounting software.
Ability to prepare weekly reports.
Familiar with seasonal transactions and added value.
