Job Description
• Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with new and current customers to enhance the potential to sell • Plan and organize a sales strategy that includes individual account plans to meet company targets • Perform market assessments, competitor analyses, and pricing strategies • Maintains market knowledge both domestically and internationally and conducts competitive analysis, adjusting sales strategies to increase market share • Implement new & improved supply chain processes, policies and procedures • Design supply strategies to match existing demands of the market • Develops inventory long term plans, creates and manages materials forecast and budgets • Implement and manage the quotation, delivery and invoice process • Design commercial processes and systems to meet key customer’s requirement • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Requirements
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, MBA • Must be knowledgeable in the heavy machinery industry • Ability to analyze process and procedure • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills • Strong managerial and leadership ability • Great communication and presentation skills • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
