Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day operations in its area of responsibility.
  • Leading and supervising the OTC team toward achieving its KPIs.
  • Executing strategies, achieving goals, and creating a highly inspired team.
  • Establishing team objectives that are consistent with overall finance and company objectives.
  • Monitoring performance against standards and developing people.
  • Ensuring that department procedures are followed.
  • Evaluating process improvement opportunities and updating procedures when consistent with desired controls.
  • Communicating with business units, troubleshooting errors, and responding to inquiries, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting.
  • People management skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize work schedules and prioritize workload.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in FMCG/B2B companies.
  • Experience in management roles and international companies is an advantage.
