•Main Objective: Fakour company is seeking talented persons to expand its telco OSS product support team •Main Responsibilities: -Analyzing the Issues/Defects and providing the solution -Problem solving and requirement analytics may be part of the job -Assisting with analysis and diagnosis of problems within OSS platforms -OSS Product Analytics is a major task to perform -Involving in OSS Product development and customization and other required technical related tasks -Operating at an Engineering level, you'll be able to draw on your track record of success and use your technical and/or operational experiences to help shape our success. Your approach will be customer-focused and aligned with the commercial goals of the business. You'll also drive our values in day to day technical and operational decision making. -This role encompasses the development of the; network (redesign/add, change, and/or increase the network services and resources for capacity, features, and functionality)
Requirements
-At least Bachelor degree in a related field from a celebrated university or college -1 to 2 years of applicable experience -Familiarity with end-to-end concepts and principals of service order lifecycle (order placement, feasibility study, service order design, service provisioning) in the Telco domain -Web service working experience (Java programming is a plus) -Basic Shell scripting knowledge -Basic Oracle DB knowledge -Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues both verbally and in writing. -Knowledge of PL/SQL and experience of developing PL/SQL scripts, packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, etc. -Experience in creating Oracle tables, indices, foreign keys, constraints, etc. -Experience in running requirements gathering sessions with non-technical end-users and encapsulating gathered needs into system requirement documents and specifications. -Experience in mapping, cleansing, transforming, exporting, and importing data between tables -Proficient in Persian and English language skills (Writing, Reading, Speaking, Listening) -Experience in working with confidential and sensitive data. -Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. -Self-motivated and cooperative work habits. -Experience with reporting tools like BIRT, Crystal report -Basic telecom knowledge is a plus -Experience in working with version control software. -Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as JIRA -Familiarity with UNIX -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
