Job Description

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage office and communication matters.
  • Help in preparing presentations and taking minutes.
  • Maintain corporate files, preparing letters, reports, and correspondence professionally.
  • Type and send letters and meeting minutes required for internal and external meetings.
  • Archive and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
  • Perform other duties as defined by management for daily operations.
  • Establish good relations with all managers and colleagues.
  • Ensure that secretarial equipment is always in good working order.
  • Maintain and update a follow-up file to remind the CEO of functions, events, meetings, appointments, and other related matters.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail to all departments.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Prepare letters and email correspondence in Persian and English.
  • Archive reports, memos, letters, and other documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in English Translation, Management, or an MBA graduate from a prestigious university.
  • Excellent command of English (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).
  • Excellent mastery of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Time management and thorough attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ideal age range: 25 to 43 years old.
