Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all office-related technical issues, inquiries, and requests.
  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Assist employees with setting up and troubleshooting computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email, internet connectivity, and other office-related software.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and IT specialists to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation on common technical procedures for office equipment and software.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure all office systems are secure and up to date.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels for various office systems.
  • Educate and train employees on basic technical tasks and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a help desk support role or a similar technical support position.
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and projectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to remain calm and patient when dealing with stressed or frustrated colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in documenting technical procedures and creating user guides.
