Job Description
- Answering direct calls as required - Organizing and reminding meetings - Ordering for the factory - Maintain and order office supply inventory - Retrieve documents and files when requested - Assist Human Resources with sorting and collating resumes and update CV data bank - Assist managers with planning and organizing their projects - Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail - Light accounting duties - Office management of the head office including stationary orders/expenditure
