Job Description

- As office assistant cum receptionist - Attending office calls and forwarded to designated person - Arranging appointment between manager and clients - Arrange the meeting room, taking interviews and guests meeting - Maintaining the office record effectively - Keeping and securing the legal requirements related to the company - Replying E-mails - Processing Visit Visa’s for the staffs and guests - Arranging hotel bookings with agency or online website - Co-coordinating with travel agency to book the Air tickets for the Staffs and the Managers. - Sending courier though online management - Handling Petty cash and submitting weekly petty cash report to HQ - Making invoices, handling petty cash and receiving cash in behalf of accountant - Paying office utility bills regularly. - Interact with clients, suppliers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, other concerned parties on a regular basis and ensuring on-time payments - Manage, secure & filter email server, incoming/outgoing calls, faxes, emails, files - Conducts or assists in the documentation of Administration projects. - Perform other Administrative tasks - Providing Monthly/quarterly needed Report

Requirements

- Bachelor`s degree - Energetic and social, Self-motivated and ability to work in a team - Ability to work under the pressure - Ability to do Multi task - Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Coordination, and Quality Focus - Current Residence: Tehran - Must be an effective listener with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong team player with the ability to communicate well - Strong capacity to track each request from manager - Proficiency with the English language paired with strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Ideal Age Range: 22-30
