Job Description

Administers various office support services and human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Provide word-processing and secretarial support. Maintains compliance with Iran Labor Law regulations concerning employment. Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of HSE and benefits. Handle both field and indoor operations activities. Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation.

Requirements

Good knowledge in Labor law and Social security insurance. Good communication skills and Able to work under pressure and multitasking. Well-developed communication, correspondence in Persian + English and interpersonal skills. Bachelor or Master Degree in Management or Foreign Languages. +3 years’ experience of working in a multinational company.
