Job Description

-Correct answer to office phones and in-person customers -Coordination and appointment of persons with superior director -Set up and schedule appointments and meetings of internal and external superiors -Receiving, arranging and providing all correspondence and letters for the attention of the superior manager in the form of daily -Issue orders, letters and correspondence to the relevant units according to the order of the superiors -Compilation and preparation of the relevant meeting agenda -Track phone calls with organizations, offices, institutions and public and private institutions -Report the important events of the day to the superiors -Take the necessary steps to schedule appointments and manage time in holding manager meetings supreme -Preparation of draft letters and essential letters and minutes and the order of the meetings -Collecting and preparing the required information from the superiors and preparing reports and statistical tables -Follow the necessary steps to receive or send any correspondence with or from inside Organization -Reporting to: Senior Development Officer / Human Resources Manager

Requirements

-At least 5 years previous experience -The basis of internal and external communication and correspondence -A Faculty in the field of Time Management, Coordination and Communication -A course in writing and writing texts and management content -Full mastery of Persian language and literature -Full proficiency in English language and literate
