Job Description

Administrative and business development officer -Following up roles and tasks from general director and board member - assisting in commercial, costumes and para-legal affairs in direct contact with board members - Coordinating administration tasks with clients and company staffs - Preparing and drafting letters in a fully professional manner in both Farsi and English - Attending meetings and following up issues with clients relating commercial, financial and para-legal issues - Assisting board members directly through monitoring and reviewing financial affairs of company and making relevant reports

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in commercial/administration and human resources/ financial/ para legal fields Normal computer skills Ability to communicate with different people and adjustable to various work ambiance Team working and eagerness to learn Full knowledge of English Having strong sense of responsibility and excellent public relations
