Job Description

- Conduct comprehensive coverage, capacity, and user-experience evaluations for Nokia’s 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.

-Perform in-depth analysis of network performance indicators including access success rates, retention, voice quality, and overall user experience.

-Identify performance gaps and propose effective, data-driven solutions to optimize network quality and reliability.

-Provide expert technical support by addressing customers’ complex inquiries and offering clear guidance on best practices for improving network performance.

Requirements:

- Over 7 years of experience in Nokia network optimization, with successful delivery experience in major projects.
- High technical capability, thorough understanding network performance KPI (2G/3G/4G/5G) monitoring and optimization for Access, Retainability, Mobility, Interference, MOS, Throughput and utilization;
- Know about the latest features principles for the latest SRAN version.
- Deep understanding of the meanings of specific parameter settings for 3G/4G/5G;
- E2E service analysis methods, network protocols;
5. Intendedly resolve RF technical issue, provide performance improvement solutions;
6. Volte optimization and troubleshooting;
7. Network Insight, and capable for target network planning;
