Job Description

- Monitoring the performance and capacity of Network systems And Services - Performing regular checks on network hardware and software - Responding to network alerts - Diagnosing and troubleshooting service errors - Tracking and documenting network and service issues and compiling incident reports - Responding to user requests and providing full report

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field -Extensive experience working as an NOC Engineer- Practical knowledge of the IT Monitoring, Ticketing & generally NOC concepts and operations is a key value and big advantage - Past experience working with any Monitoring tools the area of IT , Monitoring tools such as Cacti, PRTG, Zabbix, Solarwinds - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching , and WAN Network Protocols - Experience with Linux server management LPIC1 - Ability to create reports and documents. -Ability to work in flexible hours -Good written and verbal communication skills
