JOB PURPOSE:
Perform timely and accurate technical duties in the operation of end user security support. Responding to, diagnosing and follow up to resolving Symantec and Antivirus related issues, 24*7.
Roles & Responsibilities(briefly):
• Installation, configuration and technical support of following products in large enterprise networks:
• Symantec Endpoint protection (Antivirus)
• Symantec Backup Solutions
• Microsoft Services
• Implement network monitoring
• Incident review
• Analyze detail and troubleshooting
• Monitor and report events and logs using Monitoring Tools
• Communicate with other technical and management teams via ticketing system, email, phone call
