JOB PURPOSE:
Perform timely and accurate technical duties in the operation of end user security support. Responding to, diagnosing and follow up to resolving Symantec and Antivirus related issues, 24*7.
Roles & Responsibilities(briefly):
• Installation, configuration and technical support of following products in large enterprise networks:
• Symantec Endpoint protection (Antivirus)
• Symantec Backup Solutions
• Microsoft Services
• Implement network monitoring
• Incident review
• Analyze detail and troubleshooting
• Monitor and report events and logs using Monitoring Tools
• Communicate with other technical and management teams via ticketing system, email, phone call
• Full time job
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• BS in Computer Engineering/IT/Computer Science
• Maximum 30 years old
• Live in Tehran
• At least 2 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer or Admin
• Excellent knowledge of network and security concepts
• Experience in supporting network security products (enterprise scale) would be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Symantec Antivirus
• Familiar with DLP and SEP
• Microsoft and Cisco certificates would be an advantage
• certificates in IT Security courses would be an advantage
• General Knowledge in MS OS, Linux OS, DBs is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Good command in English Language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-Motivated to grow in a high-tech environment
