Job Description

Objective: A qualified candidate with the following knowledge and experienced in areas of: • SAN storage devices • Virtualization-Minimum VCP-DCV (Fault tolerance-FT - Distributed Resource Scheduler -DRS - Metro clustering - multi site clustering -VmotionS) • Net backup • Routing, VPN, MPLS • Ability to configure and install security and firewall equipment and CISCO routers, MicroTik routers • Able to work under stress and pressure • No restriction for traveling Having the main responsibilities of: • User support in IT Topics. • Analyses the user problem or requisition, finding solutions, transferring up-level problems to central IT group and communicating with users. • Monitoring Servers and process periodically, Performs troubleshooting analysis of servers; supporting the enhancement and amendment works on processes. • Maximizes network performance through monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaboration with network architects on network optimization. • Daily/weekly reporting to Network and System Chief / IT manager. • Create / follow-up the Service Desk requests. • Training new users. • Reviews and evaluates all technical documents concerning our network.
