Job Description
The Network Administrator has overall accountability for administering the network functions and ensuring service satisfaction. The principal responsibilities of Network Administrator are as followings: - Supervise Helpdesk in Installation, configuration, and maintaining workstations. - Configure, and maintain networks, Cisco routers, switches, Firewalls, and VPN access.
Requirements
The other responsibilities are as followings: - Install, configure, and maintain Windows server 2008 and 2012, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, WDS, Scripting as well as other server roles. - Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications including VMware ESXi environments, Exchange 2007 & 2010, filtering for Exchange. - Install, configure, and maintain Lync Server - Install, configure, and maintain storage systems. - Install, configure, and maintain ISA server. - Install, configure, and manage SQL servers. - Virus and Malware detection and removal. - Gather and log incoming support requests, document status, resolution and follow-up information into support tracking system.. - Document network map, infrastructure etc. **Industry recognized technical certification such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CISSP or Microsoft MCSE, MCITP is strongly preferred.
