We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join our client, a reputable pharmaceutical company. This role is dedicated to integrating and directing the entire sales organization nationwide, translating macro-level commercial strategies into precise execution plans to increase market share and achieve the company's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the national sales strategy and translate it into precise operational plans.
• Define and allocate sales targets, budgets, and resources across various regions and provinces.
• Manage, train, guide, and continuously evaluate the performance of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
• Prepare and regularly review sales forecasts to optimize inventory management and prevent product shortages.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and promptly implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage strategic relationships with distribution companies to ensure proper distribution and product availability.
• Ensure the high-quality and coordinated execution of field sales programs across all regions.

What You Bring
• Minimum of 12 years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Biology, Laboratory Sciences, Genetics, or Nutrition.
• Full proficiency in formulating sales strategies and sales forecasting techniques.
• Powerful skills in leading, coaching, and developing large-scale sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with business partners and distribution companies.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data for troubleshooting and performance improvement.

Nice To Have
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) software and data analysis dashboards.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing processes to foster better alignment with the marketing team.
• Experience in managing distribution on a national scale and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical distribution companies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry laws, regulations, and restrictions.
