Job Description

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Studying and conducting research on market data and industry trends - Working on mutual funds and preparing mutual fund reports - Support all aspects of daily Fund operations, sub advisers and functional areas within MIB, including but not limited to mutual funds. - Manage daily cash flow allocation processing, pre- and post-trade execution processing as well as cash and position reconciliation. - Review and monitor daily asset, monthly reports as required. - Implement and manage the process for fund re balances and reallocation's. - Develop and uphold fund operations policies and procedures. - Knowledge sharing, and other project work as needed.

Requirements

- 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, capital market or related fields - Bachelor’s degree or above required in Business, Finance, Financial Management from a credible university - Ability to works as a team member and individually under pressure and deadlines dedicated - Good understanding of Investment banking - Ability to prepare analytical reports and statements - Decision making and problem solving skills - Multitasking, flexibility and reliability - Strong communication skills and Motivated and keen to learn - Knowledge of Business & Data Analysis, funds especially the Investment Company, and familiarity with business terms in English - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications - required training will be given
