Implement and observe the quality, safety and environmental standards in relevant laboratory
Perform tests related to all submitted samples, ensuring the accuracy and precision of performing tests based on the latest instructions, and monitoring and confirming the accuracy of tests performed by relevant technician/laboratory operator
Record, maintain, and submit the results and test reports of relevant laboratories.
Control the accuracy of the work, reports, and forms completed by relevant technician / laboratory operator.
Ensure to use the latest version of standards/testing methods in relevant laboratories.
Perform and report all tests related to quality control, quality assurance of tests under the supervision and approval of relevant laboratory supervisor.
Control equipment calibration and report any deviations to relevant laboratory supervisor.
Ensure inventory, expiring date, ordering, and confirmation of received materials
Prepare materials/solutions required for all laboratory tests and monitoring of the correctness of the technician/operator solution
Monitor and approve the submitted reports by relevant technician / operator
Data analysis management.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of microbiology and Hygiene work.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Change management, project management, food safety fundamentals, quality methods and tools, and food quality management standards skills (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO FSSC 22000, Halal Standard).
