• Meets or exceeds agreed targets within defined territories through effective field visits in Tehran and provinces, with proper pre-planning and call frequency, call continuity and effective post call reporting
• Prepare timely planning, feedback and sales documentation/sales reporting to the supervisors/managers as per request and prior agreement so as to ensure optimum territory coverage
• Continuously updates customer segmentation and database information in given territories
• Does better than competition, has deep market insight, gives regular field feedbacks relied on his/her competitive intelligence
• Updates competitor landscape considering all aspect (Price, availability, field activities, etc.) on a regular basis
• contribution & participation in congresses and also internal & external meetings
• Pushes self & others for results and supports implementation of marketing & sales strategies while staying in bounds of ethical and legal standards
