Position Objective
To promote assigned pharmaceutical products effectively by combining scientific knowledge, structured sales execution, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined reporting in order to achieve sales targets in oncology market while ensuring product availability and compliance with company policies.

1️. Scientific Promotion & Field Activities
• Organize regular appointments and meetings with Community-based physicians, Hospital-based physicians and Pharmacists and nurses in oncology market.
• Present and demonstrate pharmaceutical products with strong scientific detailing in oncology market.
• Deliver updated medico-marketing messages in oncology market.
• Attend and support scientific events, congresses, exhibitions and meetings.
• Ensure consistent territory coverage according to plan.

2️. Sales Execution & Performance Management
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor territory sales performance and prescription trends.
• Review performance against target and identify gaps.
• Implement corrective action plans under supervisor guidance.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns in the field.

3️. Distribution & Supply Coordination
• Maintain close communication with branch distributors.
• Monitor stock levels in pharmacies and hospitals.
• Ensure sustained product availability in assigned territory.
• Follow up on purchase requests and coordinate with sales supervisors.
• Report stock shortages and market supply issues.

4️. Budget Awareness & Expense Control
• Follow company policies regarding promotional budgets.
• Ensure compliance with approved expense ceilings.
• Submit expense reports accurately and on time.
• Support cost-efficiency initiatives in the territory.
• Maintain documentation related to promotional activities.

5️. Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily visits.
• Update CRM system regularly with call reports.
• Track competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Submit structured weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and record keeping.

6️. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Sales supervisors, Marketing, Medical and Key account team
• Provide field feedback regarding competitors, pricing and market opportunities.
• Participate in internal meetings and product training sessions.

7️. Compliance & Professional Standards
• Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical sales regulations.
• Adhere to company SOPs and ethical promotion standards.
• Maintain professional conduct with all stakeholders.
• Protect company reputation and brand integrity.

Qualifications
• MD, PharmD, DVM, Biology, or related medical fields.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• No limitation for domestic travel (air/land).
