Job Description
• Prepares periodic reports for Medical and MCM Department based on the questions and comments received from public or external media. When requested, prepares write-ups for publication in the newsletter of the company, company website and other related social media. • Take initiative to proactively search pharma trends, competitor information including monitoring their websites and social media in order to provide advice and guidance to MCM teams for content generation as well as medical managers. • Ability to simplifying the complex medical contents into an understanding language for patients and external stakeholders. • Monitor, listen and respond to all received comments or questions in online channels. • Responsible for compliance of all content in multichannel communication aligned with SOPs & guidelines.
Requirements
• Educational background preferably MD, Pharmacists, PhD with min 3 years pharma experience in Medical Affairs could be accepted. A degree or experiences in mass Communication, or Journalism is an asset. • Understanding of pharma environment, marketing, business and statistics. • Being familiar with online marketing channels & social Medias (Instagram, Telegram, and Websites). • Ability to correctly identify inquirer’s question(s) and formulate and communicate an accurate response utilizing multiple resources for information which may require scientific interpretation. • Excellent interpersonal skills including empathetic customer service skills. • Ability to multitask with attention to detail within restrictive timeframes. • Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. • Fluency in spoken and written English. Ability to translate medical content from English to Persian. • Skillful in medical writing in Persian.
