Job Description
-Design equipment to extract oil and gas from onshore and offshore reserves deep underground
-Develop plans to drill in oil and gas fields, and then to recover the oil and gas
-Develop ways to inject water, chemicals, gases, or steam into an oil reserve to force out more oil or gas
-Make sure that oilfield equipment is installed, operated, and maintained properly
-Evaluate the production of wells through surveys, testing, and analysis
-Developing and refining methods of extracting more petroleum from existing wells.
-Design downhole ESPs, surface equipment, and well completion.(preferred qualification)
-Determine the equipment sizing that is suitable for well conditions and operational requirements.
-Determine the adequate ESP and completion metallurgies that are fit for the wellbore environment.
-Deploy best-in-class ESP design and operational practices to prolong ESP run life.
-Provide field and technical support to ESP troubleshooting activities
-Regularly evaluate ESP performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
-Audit and witness ESP assembly, installation, and field operations to ensure compliance and identify any deficiencies
-Lead or participate in technical investigations related to ESP operations and failures.
-Work closely with the field teams and organizations to plan, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor ESP activities to ensure optimum well productivity and uptime
-Evaluate, design, deploy, and assess new artificial lift technologies.( preferred qualification)
-Review tender documents and preparing tender required documents including technical proposal and commercial offer
-Participate in meetings and discuss with clients and solving technical problems-

-Reporting to superior on daily, weekly & monthly manner

-Subordinates: Technical Director
-Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m.
